The HeadShotLOUNGE™ is designed from the ground up to first, be an exciting attendee experience and second, an experience that results in the attendee walking away with what we hear often is the greatest ‘gift’ they’ve ever received at a trade show - a beautiful executive portrait. The LOUNGE can be ordered in various configurations depending upon either the expected number of people to photograph or client budget. Each photographer can photograph from 100-300ppl per day. Step 1     THE SIGN IN

Attendees fill out a custom form that includes their name and email and any other information you would like, such as whether they are a exhibitor or attendee.  We provide to you an Excel spreadsheet of this information either during or after your show.

Step 2         MAKEUP

The highlight of the HeadShotLOUNGE™ is the quality makeup session attendees receive before their photo session. The HeadShotLOUNGE™ makeup artists are the best each city has to offer. Each has extensive experience working with the most famous makeup manufacturers. They all have been pre-trained in the type of artistry that leads to a beautiful portrait.They don’t do ‘glamour shot’ makeup; they do subtle feature enhancing. 


Once "touched up," an attendee will work with our classically-trained portrait photographers for 3-5 poses. Our photographers are exceptionally talented and trained to find the angles and lighting that are most flattering to the subject. The attendee can see the pictures we take in real time on a monitor and we'll keep clicking until they're happy!  Our goal is not rush the subject through, but to capture a beautiful image.


Step 3     DELIVERY

The LOUNGE can be set in three different delivery configurations: Print & Email, Email only, Web delivery


After their sitting, the photographer & attendee select and print the best image while all the images are emailed to the attendee. The print can be branded with sponsor logos.

2. EMAIL Only

To reduce your cost, printing is eliminated and the images are emailed to your attendee. This does not reduce time so the capacity is similar to emailing and printing


Our web-based delivery system is the least expensive, and lowest per/head cost option. The images are all put up on a website for next-day downloading. The attendee is handed a card with the web address. Since no extra time is taken to add email address or wait for prints, we can photograph almost double the amount of attendees thus reducing your per/head cost by almost 50%.

Don't worry; seasoned HeadShotLOUNGE™ personnel are always close by monitoring the system and traffic flow! The extent of sponsor participation is completely optional.
